Transparent Pricing
Total Delivery Cost equals a $75.00 Base Fee plus $2.50 Per Loaded Mile. Mileage is measured strictly via Google Maps from your pickup location to your destination. We enforce a $100.00 minimum charge per dispatch run, and standard rates are based on shared truck space.
Logistics Infrastructure
We are fully licensed under USDOT 4562912 and NYSDOT 43494. Our operation is completely backed by a $250,000 Cargo Insurance Policy with insurance certificates provided upon request.

Operating Dispatch Rules
Can I request a dedicated truck with zero other cargo stops?
YES. For 100% exclusive dispatch with zero intermediate stops and zero other freight onboard, you can request an Exclusive Run for a flat $125.00 base fee instead of our standard $75.00 base fee.
What are your truck specifications and loading capabilities?
We operate a 10-foot box truck built for non-dock height, ground level, and forklift loading. At this time our asset is NOT equipped with either a liftgate or loading ramps. Cargo capacity is strictly limited to 2 industry-standard 48"x40" pallets and a maximum total weight of 2000 lbs. We carry heavy-duty cargo straps, moving blankets and all necessary industry standards to protect your freight.
What is your loading dock policy?
The first 30 minutes of dock time are included in standard pricing. If a facility holds our truck for over 30 minutes, detention is billed strictly at $1.00 per minute.
What are your cancellation and fuel policies?
Cancellations after truck dispatch are subject to a flat $100.00 Truck Order Not Used (TONU) fee. Mileage rates are all-inclusive provided fuel remains under $4.75 per gallon.
